Online ADHD Therapy for Adults in Savannah, GA

Build a life that works with your brain, not against it.

Does this sound familiar?

  • “I’m smart and capable, so why do I always feel behind?”

  • “I start ten things and finish none of them.”

  • “Deadlines sneak up on me no matter how hard I try.”

  • “I’m exhausted from holding it all together.”

  • “I’m tired of hearing ‘just try harder.’”

ADHD isn’t a lack of effort or willpower. It’s a different way your brain manages attention, time, and emotions, and with the right support, life can feel a lot more manageable.

How I can help

  • Time management and follow-through: systems that actually stick

  • Overwhelm and mental clutter: sorting what matters from what doesn’t

  • Emotional regulation: managing frustration, sensitivity, and big reactions

  • Shame and self-criticism: untangling years of feeling “not enough”

  • ADHD and anxiety or depression: they often show up together

  • Parenting with ADHD: routines and calm when your kids have ADHD, or you do

  • Adult ADHD in women and moms: often missed until adulthood

What therapy looks like

We start by understanding how your brain works: your strengths, your sticking points, and what has and hasn’t worked before. Then we build practical tools you can use right away, like routines, reminders, and ways to break big tasks into doable steps. Along the way, we work on the shame and frustration that often come with ADHD, so you can be kinder to yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to start therapy?
No. Many people start therapy because they suspect ADHD or just know something isn’t working. We can explore what’s going on together.

Do you prescribe ADHD medication?
No. As a therapist, I don’t prescribe medication, but therapy works well alongside medication, and I’m happy to coordinate with your prescriber.

Is online therapy good for ADHD?
Yes. Many people with ADHD find online sessions easier: no commute, fewer missed appointments, and you’re in your own space.

Can therapy help if I’m also a parent of a child with ADHD?
Yes. Parenting stress and ADHD often go hand in hand, and we can work on both.

Does insurance cover ADHD therapy?
In most cases, yes. I’ll check your coverage before we begin.

You don’t have to keep pushing through alone.
